Kao Denero Accused of Attacking Two Sierra Leonean Celebrities

Reports circulating on social media suggest that popular Sierra Leonean artist Famous and entertainment figure Prezo Koroma were allegedly attacked by associates of musician Kao Denero during an event in Freetown on February 21, 2025.

The incident reportedly took place at "Ladies Fest," an event organized by rapper Star Zee, which featured various celebrities, including former Big Brother Naija contestants from Nigeria.

According to allegations, Famous was attacked while on his way to perform. A video circulating online shows him addressing the audience while wearing a vest, hinting at the reason for his attire but being interrupted before he could explain further.

Prezo Koroma also claimed to have been targeted at the event. In a video posted the following day, he alleged that a group linked to Kao Denero attempted to stab him but failed due to the presence of bystanders. He further accused the Sierra Leone Police of favoring Kao Denero, stating that his previous complaints had been ignored.

Koroma insisted that he made the video as evidence, claiming that he has faced multiple threats from Kao Denero without any intervention from the authorities. He asserted that he has been left to protect himself against further attacks.
